Our School day
The length of the Christ CHURch School week is 32 hours and 55 minutes
Lessons begin at 8.45am and finish at 3.15pm. Doors open at 8.40am.
Children are expected to be present on the school premises five minutes before school starts.
Parents are asked to ensure, if possible, that their children do not arrive on the premises before 8.30 am.
All children will be expected to be ready to enter school via the Huddersfield Road entrance and meet their class teachers in the playground at 8.40am to go into school.
At home time, the children are brought out into the playground at 3.15pm. Each class has a designated place to wait until parents are seen.
We ask parents of children in Reception and Key Stage 1 to come down into the playground so we can hand over.
Please let us know if someone else is collecting. A password may be required.
Staff are available at the end of the school day for a quick chat.
