Headteacher’s Welcome
May I take this opportunity to welcome you to Christ Church C.E. Primary School and our brand new website! I hope it gives you a flavour of all the wonderful things that go on at our school.
We are extremely proud to be at the heart of Denshaw village and place great emphasis on our relationship with Christ Church Denshaw in supporting us to promote our Christian values.
As a proud team of pupils, parents, staff, governors, the Church and the local community, we pride ourselves on providing a very caring and supportive environment, where each child feels valued and happy in our school, through a real sense of belonging to our school community. We have high standards and expectations both academically and in behaviour and expect children to be polite, work hard and take pride in themselves and their school.
Our aim is for each child to leave us and move onto become the conscientious, caring citizens of tomorrow that our world truly needs.
We are one of the smallest and oldest schools in Oldham, so truly are a small school, growing great minds.

We are happy to offer flexible wrap around care for your children, offering both before and after school care from 8am until either 4:30pm or 5:30pm dependent on your needs. More information about this can be found on our site.
